She comes to management from the inside of how systems get made. Trained in computer science and health informatics, she has built up the infrastructure other people rely on — the impact platform tracking 3,800 innovators, disease-surveillance data systems, three regional innovation hubs built from concept to full-scale operation. Over a decade she has designed and delivered enterprise and skilling programmes, and mobilised over USD 50M to back them.
Her terrain is where ambition is clear but delivery capacity struggles — government, development-funded programmes, the institutions a young continent is counting on. There she does the decisive, unglamorous work: turning intent into systems that run, and impact a firm can prove rather than merely claim.
